Terms of use

Last updated

These terms govern the use of allia and of the allia-app.fr website. By using the app, you accept them.

Publisher

The app and the website are published by Thomas Pageot EI, whose details are given in the legal notice. Contact: lesminitels@protonmail.com.

The service

allia offers positive affirmations chosen for your personality, your mood and your season of life: to read on cards, to find in widgets and to receive as reminders. The portrait and the five axes drawn from the questionnaire are a suggestion, not a diagnosis.

allia has no user account: your data stays on your device, as explained on the “Privacy” page. Remember to export your data before changing phones.

Not a medical device

allia is a positive affirmations app. It is neither a medical device nor a therapy, and it makes no diagnosis.

If you are going through a very hard time, talk to a health professional or someone you trust. allia can keep you company day to day, not replace them. In an emergency, call 112 or your local emergency number.

Free version and Premium subscription

You can download the app and receive affirmations for free. The Premium subscription gives access to personalised affirmations and to the features presented in the app.

Your content

The affirmations you write in allia stay on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for what you share from the app.

Intellectual property

The affirmations, texts, illustrations and logo of allia are protected. The publisher grants you a personal, non-commercial right to use the app. You may share an affirmation with the app’s tools; any other reproduction requires written permission.

Availability and liability

The publisher does its best to keep the app working properly, without guaranteeing permanent availability. As your data is stored on your device, the publisher cannot restore it after the app is deleted or you change phones: the export is there to back it up.

Changes

These terms may change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, please write first to lesminitels@protonmail.com. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute is brought before the competent courts.
